I saw Dr. Michelle for an eye appointment a couple weeks ago. She’s fantastic! Very easy to talk to, asked me questions about my eyes, listened to my questions for her – and answered them thoughtfully! And Tim is great, too! Knows his stuff on glasses and contacts, and tried his best to get me the best deal I could. I will definitely be going back the next time I need an eye exam/glasses/contacts.

While calling around to see which Hearing Center in DBQ could examine hearing aides for an elderly person at the end of the day, a female member of their team was willing to come in on their day off to examine them. Ultimately I found a different provider who could look at the hearing aides the same day, but I really appreciated their kindness in calling me to offer to meet the next day.

I visited for the first time a few weeks ago. I had done research and felt a Starkey Edge Hearing Aid could be the best solution for my hearing loss. I have worn other HA for over ten years. I have been checking for what is available for over a year. I was pleasantly surprised when I learn the Edge HA now uses Ai. The hearing experience is vastly different and better. Let’s be frank the Edge costs more – I was amazed when I learned the cost was a lot less than I expected. In a short time I have worn them I know they are worth the price. Rhonda, the hearing specialist, was great to deal with and has done excellently in the process. I ordered them on the spot and am opening a whole new world. I have used the Hartig Pharmacy near by for over a decade. The service here is in keeping with the excellent standards of the company.
